Founded by Maurizio COHEN, INTERLAW MONACO is an independent boutique law firm based in the Principality of Monaco with an international outlook.

With over 30 years of experience, the firm has established longstanding relationships with the local community (authorities, financial institutions and Monegasque professionals such as notaries, lawyers and accountants) and has created a worldwide network with selected professional firms to serve its clientele in international legal and tax matters.

INTERLAW MONACO is registered and licensed to offer legal assistance in international private law, wealth planning and sports law.

The firm has been appointed as legal counsel to the Italian Embassy in Monaco since 2005.

While we cover 3 jurisdictions in-house (Monaco, France and Italy), our global network of trusted law firms enables us to meet our clients’ needs in other jurisdictions, acting as a one stop hub.
